Consultation for signage material, design, and placement
Quotations and Pricing
- Quotations are provided based on your specific requirements and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may not include applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly mentioned.
- Any additional work or design changes not included in the initial quotation may incur extra charges.
Order and Payment
Orders are considered confirmed only upon receiving written confirmation (email or signed work order) and the agreed-upon advance payment.
Payment Terms
A fixed percentage (usually 50%) of the total order amount is required as advance payment.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery or completion of the installation.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment modes as may be notified.
Design and Approval
- Design mock-ups or proofs will be provided for client approval.
- All designs must be approved in writing before production begins.
- Aastha Signs is not responsible for any errors in design after client approval.
Intellectual Property
- Designs or content provided by the client remain the property of the client.
- Designs created by Aastha Signs remain the property of Aastha Signs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Production and Delivery
- Estimated production time will be mentioned in the quotation and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- Clients must inspect the products at the time of delivery and report any damage or issues within 24 hours
- Delivery cost and arrangements will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
Warranty and Repairs
- Estimated production time will be mentioned in the quotation and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation and Returns
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun without a cancellation fee.
- Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective or not as per the agreed terms.
Limitation of Liability
Aastha Signs & Designs shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, revenue, profits, or data. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.
Privacy
At Aastha Signs & Designs, we are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide to us—such as your name, contact details, or order information—will be collected, stored, and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and improving your customer experience. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws in India.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms and Conditions, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
