Aastha Signs provides services related to the manufacturing, design, installation, and maintenance of signage and signage products, including but not limited to:

  • Various types of signboards (e.g., LED signs, 3D letters, acrylic signs, nameplates, etc.)
  • Custom signage design
  • Signage installation and repair
  • Related graphics and printing services

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • Quotations: We will provide quotations based on your specific requirements. The quotation provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may not include applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional work or design changes not included in the initial quotation may incur extra charges.

3. Order and Payment

  • Quotations: We will provide quotations based on your specific requirements. The quotation provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may not include applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional work or design changes not included in the initial quotation may incur extra charges.

3. Order and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: All orders will not be considered confirmed until we receive written confirmation (email or signed work order) and the agreed-upon advance payment from the client.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Typically, a fixed percentage (e.g., 50%) of the total amount is required as an advance payment when placing the order.
    • The remaining balance will be due upon delivery or completion of the installation.
    • Late payments may incur charges.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment methods as may be notified from time to time.

4. Design and Approval

  • Design Approval: We will provide design mock-ups or proofs to the client for approval. All designs must be approved in writing by the client before production commences.
  • Errors: Aastha Signs will not be responsible for any errors found in the design after it has been approved by the client.
  • Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of all design files and content provided by the client remain with the client. The intellectual property rights of designs created by Aastha Signs will remain with Aastha Signs, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Production Time: The estimated production time will be stated in the quotation. This is an estimate and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Quality: We strive to produce the highest quality signage products. If you experience any issues with the product received, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Delivery: The cost and arrangements for delivery will be specified in the quotation. The client must inspect the products at the time of delivery and report any damage or discrepancies immediately.

6. Warranty and Repairs

  • Warranty: We may offer warranties on some of our products. The terms and duration of the warranty will vary for each product and will be specified in the quotation or invoice.
  • Repairs: Repairs outside the warranty period may incur charges.

7. Cancellation and Returns

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, cancellation of the order may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Returns: Custom-made products, due to their nature, cannot be returned unless they are defective or not as per the agreed contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Aastha Signs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will in no event exceed the amount paid by the client.

9. Privacy

  • We respect the privacy of your personal information. Any information you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • Aastha Signs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
